Is my online transaction safe?
We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. We will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00 if your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Can I have my order shipped to an address that's not my billing address?
Yes, but if you'd like to ship to an address that's not your billing address (the address to which your monthly credit card statement is sent), please use the toll-free number on the back of your card to contact your credit card company and create an "Alternate Shipping Address". By doing this you are simply creating a note on your account authorizing purchases that are delivered to a destination other than your billing address. Failure to do so may considerably delay the processing of your order.

Is my order approved automatically when I submit my order and get an order confirmation?
All orders are subject to final approval by our Customer Service Department. We may contact you regarding adjustments to your order, including but not limited to tax and shipping, which you will be informed of prior to billing. We do not bill your credit card until we ship your items.

Can I place an order with an international credit card? Can I ship my products internationally?
You can use an international credit card but you will need to fax a copy (front and back) of your card to us at our secure faxline (601-608-7967). We may also request a copy of a picture identification (government issued). The customer is responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes of destination country on all international orders. When delivered, the delivery person may require an additional payment or you may be billed. This is amount due is the duties and/or customs brokerage fee...this is NOT a shipping charge. Please check your local rules and regulations prior to ordering for the amount of these changes.

Due to manufacturers restrictions a limited number of product may not be available for international shipping. A customer service representative may contact you in regards to certain manufacturers restrictions on product.
